Leeann Allman

Hi! I'm LeeAnn Allman.

It is my honor and privilege to help seniors find both short-term and long-term solutions that fit their needs in a safe environment and help caregivers stay sane so they can also live a healthy life and enjoy their loved ones.

Working with families in this difficult time, bringing them peace in the knowledge their loved one is taken care for is my goal and my blessing.  This is a unique time in a person's life and I am grateful to be able to help.  If you'd like to chat, click here to set up a time that is good for you.

How We Help

Caregivers of those living with dementia can be as much as 2 times more stressed than the caregivers of those without dementia. The unknown and quick turn of demeanor keeps the caregiver in a constant state of "fight or flight'. With the higher stress levels it has shown that the caregiver is more susceptible to their own declining physical health and at a significantly increased risk of developing dementia themselves.

That’s why dementia-specific training and advocacy are critical—for both family caregivers and professional teams. Our workshops go beyond general caregiving tips to address the unique challenges of dementia with proven techniques that reduce stress, improve communication, and create safer, more compassionate care environments. Whether you’re a family member navigating this journey at home or an organization supporting employees or residents, we equip you with the tools to care with confidence—and protect your own well-being in the process.

Whether you're caring for a loved one at home or leading an organization that serves caregivers or individuals with dementia, we’re here to help.

Success Stories

We could not have done this without you!

"Thank you so much for directing me to the perfect location. After talking to them we had it ruled-out for my mother-in-law Faye, due to cost. Not only did you confirm to us that this was indeed the best fit for my mother-in-law, but you took the time to show us how we could afford it; furthermore, connecting us with the company who helped us apply and obtain the Veterans Aid and Attendance benefit to pay for Faye’s care.

Thank you for securing their last bed, along with arranging and connecting us with a physician to obtain the necessary Physician’s Report and Chest X-Ray through a local hospital/clinic.  In doing so, you enabled us to move mom in the week of May 19th. We could not have done this without you!"
